OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE
Lush Platters is looking for a highly organized, proactive and detail-focused Operations Executive to join our catering and events team.
This is a hands-on coordination role for someone who enjoys planning, problem-solving, customer service and making sure every detail is taken care of.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate daily deliveries, drivers and event logistics
Review upcoming events and ensure everything is prepared in advance
Prepare and check event inclusions and operational documents
Coordinate equipment, packing, styling and venue requirements
Communicate closely with our Kitchen, Events, Administration and Operations teams
Support administration when required, including customer enquiries, phone calls, emails and WhatsApp
Prepare simple quotations and assist with order changes and confirmations
Ensure updates and customer requirements are communicated accurately across teams
Identify potential issues early and take ownership of resolving them
Assist with event setups and general operational support when required
What We’re Looking For
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Strong communication and customer service skills
Confident communicating by phone, email and WhatsApp
Comfortable preparing quotations and handling administrative tasks
Someone who takes ownership and follows tasks through to completion
Able to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
Proactive, dependable and calm under pressure
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Experience in catering, events, hospitality, logistics, administration or operations is an advantage
