Operations Executive

The Role

The Operations Executive is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the mall to ensure a safe, clean, well-maintained, and high-quality shopping environment. The role involves coordinating with tenants, service providers, contractors, and internal departments, while monitoring service quality, health and safety, hygiene, fit-out, and merchandising standards. The position also supports daily inspections, reporting, and operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient mall operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operational aspects to ensure a comprehensive retail offering and delivery of world class shopping experience

• Oversee and control Mall Health and safety and hygiene standards.

• Organize and remodel the design control zone for tenant's units

• Assist the admin team in preparation of relevant reports & paperwork related to mall operations daily inspections of Mall premises & report deficiencies to the operations Manager & concerned parties

• Handle tenants & services providers' requests for minor maintenance and site access

• Coordinate and communicate with the mall departments on matters affecting the mall Operations.

• Control, guide and improve the service providers at site daily tasks for the desired output and quality of service "security, housekeeping, landscaping, pest control, etc"

• Check kiosks and retail units and report on the fit-out, and merchandising standards.

• Supervise and monitor contractors' performance, KPi, Improvement report

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree

• 1 to 3 years of experience (preferably in Mall Operations).

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Flexible working on rotational shifts.

• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
