Responsibilities:

• Oversee collection management activities to achieve operational goals and maximize recoveries.
• Manage and execute collection projects that are aligned with strategic objectives to improve business outcomes.
• Conduct performance reviews to ensure compliance with service level agreements and operational standards.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement effective collection policies and strategies.
• Monitor performance metrics and operational processes to encourage continuous improvement.
• Identify and implement enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in operations.
• Manage staff training and performance assessments to cultivate a high-performing team.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements throughout collection operations.
• Develop and maintain professional client relationships to promote service excellence.
• Execute additional duties and projects as needed to adapt to evolving business requirements.

Requirement:

• Degree or Diploma in any discipline, or relevant experience.
• A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in collection or related operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders.
• Proficient presentation skills for clear and persuasive information delivery.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and build client relationships.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
