About the Internship

Operations Internship at 42 Yerevan is a great opportunity for TUMO alumni (M.O. preferred) to support the team during the Discovery Piscine and Selection Pools.
The intern will help ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for applicants and participants by supporting communications, registrations, scheduling, event preparation, and the day-to-day coordination of pool-related activities.


Learning objectives

By the end of the internship, the intern will have had the opportunity to:

  • Develop practical skills in program and event coordination

  • Gain experience communicating with applicants and participants in a professional setting

  • Learn how to organize registrations, schedules, attendance, and operational information

  • Build confidence in preparing announcements, instructions, and participant-facing materials

  • Understand the day-to-day operations of intensive educational programs

  • Strengthen time-management, prioritization, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

  • Gain hands-on experience working within the 42 Yerevan educational community

What You'll Do

  • Answer participant emails and provide practical information

  • Support communication with applicants and pool participants

  • Assist with event preparation and on-site coordination

  • Help manage schedules, registrations, and attendance

  • Prepare documents, announcements, and informational materials

  • Support the team with administrative and organizational tasks as needed

Requirements

  • TUMO M.O. alumni or current students

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Responsible, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment

  • Confident using email, Google Workspace, and basic digital tools

  • Fluency in Armenian and good English skills

Internship Details
Duration: 3-4 months
Weekly Hours: 40 hours
Location: Yerevan, TUMO Labs
Compensation - Paid Internship (Minimum salary requirements apply)
Mentors - Operations and Partnerships Manager, Educational Coordinator
