Operations Intern → Full-Time

About the Role

This is not a classic ops internship. We don't want someone who manages operations — we want someone who automates them away.

You'll report directly to a co-founder and own real parts of the business from day one: no slide decks, no shadow work, no coffee runs. If something is broken, you fix it. If something is manual, you eliminate it. This is a 3–6 month internship with a direct path to a full-time role.

We're an early-stage healthtech startup building a membership-based personal health platform — combining comprehensive biomarker diagnostics, clinician-reviewed insights, and personalized health concierge support to help people take a proactive approach to their health.

What You'll Do

  • Own customer experience end-to-end — onboarding, appointment scheduling, results delivery, and retention flows.

  • Coordinate our partner network — labs, phlebotomy clinics, and supplement manufacturers across Europe.

  • Build internal tooling and automations — using tools like n8n, Notion, Linear, Airtable, Zapier, Make, and Python scripts to eliminate manual work.

  • Scale the playbook — design systems that let us serve 10× more customers without 10× the headcount.

  • Identify operational bottlenecks and ship fixes fast, often within days.

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

  • Native or fluent German speaker (written and spoken) — this is a hard requirement.

  • Automation-first mindset: you reach for a script or workflow tool before a spreadsheet.

  • Hands-on comfort with no-code/low-code tools (n8n, Make, Zapier, Airtable, Notion) and/or basic scripting (Python).

  • 0–2 years of experience — top students from rigorous programs or early-career operators are a great fit.

  • Based in Berlin and able to work on-site 5 days per week.

  • Builder mindset: you see broken processes as puzzles to solve, not problems to escalate.

Nice to have:

  • Background in consulting, operations, or a startup environment.

  • Exposure to healthtech, diagnostics, or life sciences.

  • Experience coordinating with external partners or vendors.

Please note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: €30,000 – €36,000 per year (annualised, pro-rated for internship duration).

  • Clear and fast path to a full-time position upon successful internship completion.

  • Direct ownership and responsibility from day one — no busywork.

Location

  • Berlin, Germany — on-site, 5 days per week.

  • This is not a remote role.
