Operations & Lead Generation Coordinator (Kyiv)

About the role:
We are looking for an Operations & Lead Generation Coordinator to join a team building technology solutions for DefenseTech — a person who will become the hub of the company's operational coordination and help us build new partnerships and find new opportunities for growth.
We would be especially glad to welcome candidates who share the mission of developing Ukrainian DefenseTech and want to contribute to strengthening Ukraine's defense capabilities.

Responsibilities:
- coordinating the company's day-to-day operational processes;
- managing business communication with clients, partners, and contractors;
- organizing meetings and calls, preparing and following up on agreements;
- supporting lead generation processes and the search for new potential clients;
- helping organize conferences, exhibitions, business events, and other company activities;
- coordinating internal tasks between teams;
- tracking deadlines and following tasks through to full completion;
- quickly and effectively resolving operational issues.

Requirements:
- experience in operations, project coordination, executive support, or related roles;
- flawless spoken and written Ukrainian;
- high level of English (Upper-Intermediate / Advanced);
- strong communication skills;
- structured approach, responsibility, and attention to detail;
- ability to multitask;
- fast pace of work and a proactive approach.

Will be a plus:
- experience working in MilTech or DefenseTech;
- understanding of the defense industry's specifics;
- experience interacting with military personnel, defense companies, or government projects;
- veteran status or experience serving in Ukraine's Defense Forces;
- experience in business development or sales;
- experience in lead generation;
- experience in event management.
