Production Lead

Position Summary:

The Production Lead manages operational readiness and day-to-day production support coordination for the platform. You will help establish 24/7 operational processes, coordinate incident response and service management activities, and ensure the platform is supportable, reliable, and aligned with federal operational expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead operational readiness planning, service management processes, and 24/7 support coordination

- Coordinate incident, problem, change, release, and escalation activities across operations, DevSecOps, engineering, security, and support teams

- Define and track operational metrics, SLAs, runbooks, dashboards, handoff procedures, and support documentation

- Support production deployment planning, monitoring readiness, rollback planning, and post-release stabilization

- Drive root-cause analysis, corrective actions, continuous improvement, and operational risk reduction

- Partner with client stakeholders and program leadership to communicate operational status, incidents, risks, and readiness

- Ensure operational practices align with security, compliance, continuity, and federal reporting requirements

- Use AI-assisted operations tools to support incident analysis, runbook drafting, trend detection, and status reporting
