Operations & Logistics

You will monitor and manage the daily operations of cryptocurrency mining machines and supporting infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency. You will perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance of mining equipment including miners, switches, PDUs, and network devices. You will identify and resolve issues such as offline machines, low hashrate, overheating, and hardware faults, and carry out miner replacement, installation, and removal as needed. You will clean and maintain equipment and operational areas for proper airflow and cooling, and perform basic maintenance and replacement of components such as hashboards, control boards, fans, and power supplies. You will coordinate with electrical, facilities, and operations teams, monitor performance through mining management systems and dashboards, and report issues to supervisors in a timely manner. You will maintain accurate records, assist with container arrangement and cable management, ensure compliance with safety standards, and support shutdown, startup, and migration activities. You will participate in daily operational meetings, work with maintenance teams to improve efficiency, maintain housekeeping, and be available for shift duties and emergency response when required.

• Perform routine inspection, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance of mining equipment including miners, switches, PDUs, and network devices
• Monitor and manage the daily operation of cryptocurrency mining machines to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency
• Perform routine inspection of mining machines, containers, racks, and operational equipment
• Identify and troubleshoot miner-related issues such as offline machines, low hashrate, overheating, abnormal performance, and hardware faults
• Carry out miner replacement, installation, removal, and physical setup activities as required
• Clean and maintain mining machines, fans, filters, and operational areas to ensure proper airflow and cooling efficiency
• Perform basic maintenance and replacement of miner components such as hashboards, control boards, fans, and power supplies
• Coordinate with electrical, facilities, and operations teams to ensure smooth and uninterrupted site operations
• Monitor miner performance, temperature, and operational status using mining management systems and dashboards
• Report operational issues, machine failures, and abnormalities to supervisors in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of miner status, repairs, replacements, and operational activities
• Assist in container arrangement, cable management, and organization of mining equipment
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety standards, and company policies
• Support shutdown, startup, and migration activities of mining equipment when required
• Participate in daily operational meetings and provide updates on completed tasks and ongoing issues
• Work closely with supervisors and maintenance teams to improve mining efficiency and reduce downtime
• Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness within mining containers and operational areas
• Be available for shift duties, emergency response, and operational support when required

Requirements

• Basic understanding of mining machine operation and hardware components
• Ability to perform physical inspection and maintenance work in a mining environment
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced 24/7 operational environment
• Strong teamwork, discipline, and communication skills
• Basic understanding of IP networking, switches, routers, and monitoring systems
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency mining operations is an advantage
• Background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is an advantage
• Possesses a valid driving license and/or able to drive
