As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a proactive and organised Operations & Logistics Executive to join our team on a permanent basis.

What you will do
- Manage customer orders from receipt through to final delivery, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor international shipments and proactively resolve logistics and operational issues.
- Prepare and manage import documentation, shipping documents, and customs-related paperwork.
- Plan and coordinate deliveries with customers and logistics providers.
- Monitor inventory levels and support stock planning and replenishment.
- Prepare purchase orders, invoices, and other operational documentation.
- Support basic accounting and administrative tasks related to daily operations.
- Maintain accurate operational records and ensure documentation is up to date.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and internal processes.
What we're looking for
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
- Career Conversion Programme (CCP) applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in logistics, operations, import/export, supply chain, customer service, or administrative roles is an advantage.
- Knowledge of administrative processes and office operations will be highly valued.
- Strong interest in logistics, international trade, and supply chain management.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced SME environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Google Workspace.
- Experience with ERP or accounting software is an advantage.
- Interest in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
