Operations Manager
• Manage and oversee the operation and maintenance of roads, highways, bridges, and related infrastructure. • Develop and implement maintenance schedules, inspection programs, and asset management plans. • Ensure infrastructure meets safety, quality, and regulatory standards. • Supervise and coordinate internal teams, contractors, and service providers. • Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency. • Prepare budgets, control costs, and manage resource allocation. • Respond to emergencies, incidents, and infrastructure failures in a timely manner. • Coordinate with government authorities, stakeholders, and external agencies. • Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations. • Prepare reports, documentation, and operational updates for senior management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. • Minimum of 15 years of experience in roads and infrastructure operations or maintenance. • Strong knowledge of road construction, maintenance practices, and asset management systems. • Experience managing large teams and multiple contractors. • Familiarity with local regulations and standards. • Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office. • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
