Operations Manager

We are looking for a seasoned and self-driven Operations Manager to join the AIXC Operations Department. This role is responsible for executing departmental strategies, driving operational projects to completion, and continuously improving team efficiency through process optimization, resource integration, and data analysis. The ideal candidate can hit the ground running, independently lead cross-functional collaboration, and thrive as a key player combining leadership and execution in a fast-paced technology environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Execution & KPI Tracking:
  Own the execution of the AIXC Operations Department's strategic initiatives, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure operational targets are met.
• Operations Project Management:
  Lead the execution and advancement of various operational projects, coordinate project timelines and resources, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Process Optimization:
  Drive business process improvements, establish and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to continuously enhance operational efficiency.
• Resource Integration & Allocation:
  Manage internal resource integration and allocation within the department, coordinate cross-functional resources, and ensure efficient utilization.
• Cost Management:
  Monitor operational costs on an ongoing basis, identify optimization opportunities, and propose actionable improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
• Risk & Compliance:
  Proactively identify and monitor potential risks in business operations, ensuring all activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Data Analysis & Decision Support:
  Collect and analyze operational data, produce analytical reports, and provide data-driven insights to support business decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  Independently interface with relevant departments across the company, drive seamless business process alignment, and ensure effective cross-team collaboration.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience:
  3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in technology, internet, or related industries. Must be able to ramp up quickly and independently own functional areas.
• Education:
  Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
  Strong data analysis capabilities with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other productivity tools. Familiarity with BI tools is a plus. Proficient in leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to enhance daily workflow and operational efficiency.
• Communication:
  Excellent communication and cross-departmental coordination skills, with the ability to effectively engage different functional teams to drive project delivery.
• Execution & Problem-Solving:
  Strong execution capabilities, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Attention to Detail:
  Meticulous and detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility, resilience under pressure, and a results-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Operations management experience in technology, internet, or AI industries
• Familiarity with ERP, BI, or other operations management systems
• Project management experience or PMP certification is a plus
• Bilingual in English and Chinese is a plus
