Who We're Looking For
We're looking for a detail-oriented Operations Manager who will be the backbone of our daily operational process. You'll be responsible for data accuracy, active campaign monitoring, and vendor communication — making sure everything runs smoothly and any deviations are caught and resolved immediately.
Tasks
Managing voice platform accounts: creating new ones, configuration, top-ups
Communication with vendors (telephony, SMS): onboarding new ones, resolving issues with existing ones
Working in the company's internal operations platform: data operations
Client onboarding: creating client profiles in the platform, handing off the brief to the internal team
Daily morning checklist control of active campaigns: comparing metrics against acceptable thresholds, checking client database uploads, confirming campaigns are running and haven't stopped, updating campaign statuses in the project management system
Immediate escalation of deviations to the responsible manager
Helping with monitoring and generation of Telegram accounts
Requirements
Must-have
Accuracy with data. Transfers values between systems without errors, double-checks own work after filling in. Understands that one typo = a broken campaign.
Execution discipline. Completes the daily checklist independently, at the same time, without reminders and without skipped items.
Ability to compare fact against norm. Looks at a set of numbers and thresholds and spots what's out of range.
Escalation reflex, not self-diagnosis. Sees a deviation → reports it immediately. Doesn't dig into it alone, doesn't hold onto it until end of day, isn't afraid to report bad news.
Text communication as the primary work tool. Formulates requests briefly and clearly, runs several parallel chat threads without losing track.
Persistence in driving an issue to resolution. With vendors: onboarding a new one, extracting an answer on an existing one. Doesn't stop at "they didn't respond."
Learning agility. Picks up an unfamiliar interface or process from documentation and one walkthrough, then works independently.
English B1, written.
