Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a café in Al Khobar. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in café or F&B operations and be comfortable leading from the floor and actively managing day-to-day activities.
This role is suited for someone who is hands-on, operationally focused, and able to lead the team directly, rather than managing primarily from a desk.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the café and ensure smooth service.
Lead, supervise, and support staff on the floor.
Monitor service flow, staff performance, and customer experience.
Ensure company standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and presentation are maintained.
Manage inventory, stock levels, and daily operational requirements.
Identify and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
Ensure proper staff scheduling and workflow.
Support the team during busy periods and lead by example.
Monitor sales and operational performance and work toward achieving business targets.
Maintain compliance with company policies, food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
Requirements
Proven and extensive experience in café, restaurant, or F&B operations.
Strong hands-on experience managing daily café operations.
Excellent leadership and staff management skills.
Ability to manage service flow, inventory, and store standards.
Confident working directly with staff and customers on the floor.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Reliable, organized, and results-driven.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Filipino, Indian, or Lebanese candidates preferred.
Must currently reside in Saudi Arabia.
Valid and transferable Iqama is preferred/required.
Available to join immediately is an advantage.
