Operations Manager

Our Client, in the Logistics Industry located in East has opening for Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily inbound, outbound, and inventory control processes.
Plan and execute warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency.
Ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery according to SLAs/KPIs.
Implement and maintain warehouse SOPs.
Lead and supervise warehouse team leaders, supervisors, and ground staff.
Conduct performance reviews and training programs.
Allocate manpower based on volume forecasts and workload.
Ensure accurate stock records and regular cycle counts.
Manage WMS (Warehouse Management System) and other logistics systems (i.e. SAP)
Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements (e.g., WSH Act, SCDF regulations).
Conduct regular safety drills, risk assessments, and audits.
Maintain a clean and hazard-free warehouse environment.
Drive Kaizen/Lean initiatives to reduce waste and improve productivity.
Analyze KPIs and operational data to propose process improvements.
Lead or participate in automation and digital transformation projects.
Serve as the key contact for customers.
Handle client escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders for smooth operations.
