Part of the Celnor Group
Celnor Group is a UK-based environmental services group operating across the Testing, Inspection, Certification and Compliance (TICC) landscape. With a growing portfolio of specialist businesses, Celnor provides essential services that protect people, property and the environment.

- Maintain and improve operational procedures and workflows
- Support the preparation of routine quotations and pricing requests
- Manage RAMS, auditing activities and operational compliance requirements
- Act as a key point of contact for operational queries from colleagues, clients and stakeholders
- Provide regular operational updates and performance information to the leadership team
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service delivery and customer satisfaction

Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in an Operations Manager, Service Manager, Team Manager or similar leadership role
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Experience managing operational teams, schedules and workloads
- Excellent organisational and planning abilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience improving operational performance and business processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
- Good IT skills and experience using operational management systems
- Full driving licence
Desirable
- Experience within environmental services, testing, laboratory, compliance or technical service industries
- Experience managing field-based teams
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures, RAMS and auditing activities
- Experience working within a growing SME or multi-disciplinary business
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a proactive and organised leader who enjoys managing people, improving processes and ensuring operational excellence.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working across multiple service areas, supporting teams to deliver high-quality work and maintaining strong communication with both clients and colleagues. You will be someone who takes ownership, solves problems and helps create an efficient and positive working environment.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a salary of €45,000 - €55,000 depending on experience and provide a supportive working environment including:
- Opportunity to play a key role within a growing business
- Career progression opportunities within Axis and the wider Celnor Group
- Supportive and collaborative team environment
- Ongoing training and professional development
- Exposure to a broad range of environmental and compliance services
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business and make a significant impact on its operational performance, people development and future growth.
