The Binning department plays a key role in VistaPrint’s production workflow, ensuring that orders are efficiently collected, packed, and prepared for shipment. Our team is fast-paced, collaborative, and focused on delivering high-quality results while continuously improving our processes.

What You Will Do

As the Operations Manager for the Binning Department, you will be responsible for the operational leadership of the Binning production area. You will manage daily operations while supporting longer-term improvements and team development. You will collaborate closely with Shift Supervisors, Central Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, and HR to ensure targets are met and exceeded.

• Lead daily operations in the Binning area, focusing on workflow, lead time, output, and quality.

• Analyze production and performance reports and align actions with Shift Supervisors.

• Coach and support the Shift Supervisors to drive performance, development, and engagement.

• Oversee HR processes such as recruitment, training, and performance reviews in collaboration with HR.

• Manage capacity planning, maintenance input, and planning adjustments during disruptions.

• Provide operational support for process improvements and new product implementation, ensuring smooth integration into daily operations.

• Contribute to labor planning and cross-functional global meetings (e.g., Marketing, Global Benchmark).

• Ensure safety, housekeeping, and compliance with company standards and production KPIs.

• Proven experience as a Supervisor or Team Lead in a production or logistics environment.

• Strong analytical skills; able to interpret performance data and drive improvements.

• Demonstrated ability to coach and lead teams in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.

• Comfortable making operational decisions independently and collaboratively.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Dutch is a plus.

Nice to Have

• HBO degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

• Experience with Manufacturing Analytics and process optimization tools.

• Experience in cross-functional or international project teams.
