About the Role
Concept Vapor Solutions FZCO is looking for an experienced Operations / Plant Manager to oversee manufacturing operations, ensure production efficiency, and maintain strict compliance with GMP and applicable regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
▪️ Manage daily plant and production operations.
▪️ Plan production schedules, manpower, materials, and resources.
▪️ Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and UAE regulatory requirements.
▪️ Oversee inventory, warehouse operations, and supply coordination.
▪️ Lead production teams and monitor operational KPIs.
▪️ Manage productivity, waste, and operational costs.
▪️ Coordinate with QA/QC, HR, Supply Chain, and Management.
▪️ Drive process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
▪️ Support audits, inspections, and facility expansion.
Mandatory Requirements
🔴 Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy is mandatory.
🔴 Hands-on GMP manufacturing experience is mandatory.
▪️ 5–7+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing, plant operations, or operations management.
▪️ Strong knowledge of GMP, SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
▪️ Proven leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
▪️ Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
▪️ Experience in electronic cigarette or e-liquid manufacturing is an advantage.
▪️ ERP/MRP or manufacturing software experience is an added advantage.

Skills
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is essential.
- Candidates without pharmaceutical and GMP experience will not be considered.
