Responsibilities:

• Supervise the activities of up to 15-20 workers engaged in receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of goods for food kit projects and other hunger relief efforts/projects.
• Supervise inventory control activities and manage inventory control specialist.
• Develop and provide team training on operating procedures for receiving, handling, storing, picking and shipping of products.
• Respond to questions and complaints regarding storage and distribution services.
• Work closely with other operation managers to streamline best practices and exceptional quality work.

• Interview, select, and train warehouse personnel.
