Operations Manager / Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the towing services, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.

• Manage the entire operations team, providing leadership, coaching, and performance management.

• Coordinate and allocate fleet vehicles to ensure the efficient delivery of services.

• Monitor and improve operational performance to ensure customer satisfaction and efficiency.

• Implement policies and procedures that align with industry standards and company objectives.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and other legal requirements.

• Track and manage fleet performance, including regular maintenance and equipment audits.

• Optimize operational processes to reduce costs while improving service quality.

• Prepare and present operational reports and KPIs to senior management.
