Operations Manager/Director
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business management administration
-Operations Management, or a related field
- 8 years of experience in BPO Healthcare operations management, preferably in a global organization
- PHRN is a Plus
-Knowledgeable in Worker Compensation
- Knowledgeable in UR and TCM
