Full-Time | Field Position

$75,000 - $100,000 Base Salary Plus Bonus

Entrusted is hiring an Operations Manager to lead and strengthen the mitigation operation at our Tampa branch, now in its second year. You’ll refine processes, develop a high-performing field team, and drive profitability, making sure every job is completed efficiently, safely, and as promised to our clients. This role is a great fit for an emerging leader ready to help an established branch reach its next stage of growth.
Responsibilities
- Strengthen and execute mitigation processes consistent with Entrusted’s operational standards
- Oversee daily mitigation operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability
- Monitor job performance, timelines, and costs to meet revenue and gross profit goals
- Identify and implement process improvements as the branch continues to scale
- Direct, coach, and develop field team members, and support hiring and onboarding as the team grows
- Build an engaged, accountable team culture aligned with Entrusted’s core values
- Ensure consistent satisfaction among clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales and Operations leadership
- Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications

- Makes sound, timely decisions and drives results with urgency, even under pressure
- Customer-focused, with clear communication tailored to clients, partners, and team members
- Comfortable leading in a hands-on, blue-collar field environment
- 2+ years of supervisory or management experience preferred, ideally in field services, operations, or another fast-paced environment
