Project Manager
Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects from initiation to completion. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to agreed scope and quality standards, while effectively managing stakeholders, resources, risks, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities.
- Ensure smooth and efficient workflow across the organisation.
- Manage, supervise, and coordinate employees as required.
- Implement and maintain company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Coordinate with management, clients, and other relevant parties.
- Monitor operational expenses and assist in controlling costs.
- Identify operational issues and take appropriate action to resolve them.
- Maintain proper records and prepare operational reports when required.
- Identify opportunities to improve work processes, efficiency, and service standards.
- Assist with staff recruitment, training, and development.
- Ensure a safe, organised, and professional working environment.
- Ensure compliance with relevant company policies and applicable requirements.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications, skills, and level of experience.
