Operations Manager - Europe

The Manager of European Operations is responsible for leading the WorldStrides European operations function, with the goal of delivering quality programs within or exceeding budget guidelines. The Manager will establish the overall strategy for the department as well and ensure day to day tour production is undertaken. On the operational side the role is responsible for the maintenance and development of relationships with our core commercial partners in Europe whilst heading up its team of contract negotiators, its operations and logistic team and covering the companies emergency support through the touring season.
