Overview:
We are seeking two experienced Operations Managers to oversee restaurant and café operations across designated regions in the GCC. Candidates must have a strong background in food & beverage operations, team leadership, and regional market knowledge.

- Operations Manager – Bahrain & Saudi Arabia
- Operations Manager – UAE & Oman
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant and café locations.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health regulations, and customer service excellence.
- Manage and support local teams, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
- Develop and execute regional strategies to drive profitability and growth.
- Collaborate with senior management on budgeting, supply chain, and marketing initiatives.
Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant and café operations management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent understanding of regional market dynamics.
