Operations Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Manager for Yanfeng Automotive Interiors , who will play a key role in leading manufacturing operations and contributing to the achievement of our business objectives.

Job Summary:

• Plans, organizes, and directs the manufacturing operations of the facility to ensure the most effective return on assets, adherence to production schedules, fulfillment of customer requirements, and achievement of overall business objectives;
• Manages all daily production functions within a small- to medium-sized plant to ensure a smooth production flow;
• Coordinates and leads activities related to servicing, maintenance, machinery, systems/equipment, buildings, and external facilities;
• Plans, organizes, and directs manufacturing operations to ensure production schedules are met in a safe and efficient manner;
• Monitors daily established KPIs to ensure customer requirements are met;
• Conducts root cause analysis of production and quality issues and makes appropriate decisions based on risk analysis;
• Provides the Plant Manager with daily production updates, weekly summaries, and monthly production data for MOR (Monthly Operational Review);
• Ensures optimal lot size and product quality, and delivers products to customers;
• Optimizes production sequences;
• Ensures compliance with legal regulations;
• Leads and implements production-oriented projects;
• Oversees all direct and indirect work sequences within own area;
• Monitors work in other areas, such as materials management and quality assurance, in coordination with responsible superiors;
• Ensures compliance with quality standards, supported by the OS (Operational Support) department;
• Collaborates daily with other departmental heads to ensure smooth operations across all shifts;
• Recommends new procedures and processes to improve quality, increase output, and reduce production costs;
• Plans development measures for individual employees to improve their performance and help them achieve personal goals;

Requirements:

• 6th or 7th level technical or engineering qualification;
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in the automotive industry in a similar role;
