Operations Manager (Future Integrator)
Phase 1 – Operational Immersion
- Coordinate active projects
- Manage customer communication

Phase 2 – Operational Leadership
- Lead operational team members
- Improve systems and processes
- Establish accountability structures
- Manage key operational metrics
- Drive execution across departments
- Reduce founder dependency
- Prepare the organization for continued growth
During your first phase, you will immerse yourself in the day-to-day operation of the business.
You will learn:
- Customer communication
- Scheduling
- Production coordination
- Material procurement
- Quality control workflows
- Warranty processes
- Project management systems
- Builder relationships
- Roofing and exterior operations
Your goal is not to remain a coordinator.
Your goal is to master the operation.
Once mastery is demonstrated, you will begin assuming increasing responsibility for:
- Team leadership
- KPI management
- Process improvement
- Organizational design
- Accountability systems
- Operational planning
- Company-wide execution
Ultimately, this role is expected to evolve into the company's Integrator.
Minimum qualifications:
- 5+ years in an Operations Manager, Production Manager, General Manager, Project Manager, Integrator, or similar leadership role.
- Experience in construction, specialty trades, home services, field-service operations, homebuilding, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, restoration, landscaping, or similar industries.
- Experience managing people and operational systems.
- Strong written and verbal English.
- Fluent Spanish.
