Operations Manager / General Manager (F&B Startup Growth Opportunity)

Singa Snacks is a growing local F&B brand specialising in freshly made Min Jiang Kueh, waffles, muffins and corporate catering. We are looking for someone who enjoys building businesses, improving systems and leading people. This is a hands-on leadership role with the opportunity to shape the future of the company.

This role is ideal for someone who has always wanted to run or build an F&B business but prefers to join an established and growing brand rather than starting from scratch.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the stall
• Leading and training service staff
• Scheduling manpower
• Inventory management and stock ordering
• Maintaining food quality and SOPs
• Ensuring food safety and cleanliness standards
• Managing customer service and resolving issues
• Improving operational efficiency
• Working with the founder to scale the business

The founder will continue leading:

• Product and recipe development
• Brand development
• Marketing and social media
• Corporate and bulk sales
• Strategic partnerships
• Business growth initiatives

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has at least 3–5 years of F&B supervisory or managerial experience
• Enjoys leading a team
• Can work independently without constant supervision
• Is organised and enjoys building systems
• Has strong problem-solving skills
• Wants to help grow a local Singapore brand
• Entrepreneurial mindset is a bonus
