Operations Manager (Grapevine, TX)

NextStep Recruiting has partnered with an established manufacturing organization to identify an Operations Manager in Grapevine, TX. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity responsible for coordinating daily operations across production, materials, engineering, quality, facilities, and shipping to ensure efficient manufacturing processes and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on manufacturing operations leader who understands how different departments work together and can identify bottlenecks, resolve production challenges, and drive operational improvements. This individual must be comfortable working cross-functionally, managing competing priorities, and ensuring accountability across teams.

Required:

• Strong manufacturing operations experience with knowledge of production scheduling, materials planning, quality, and shipping
• Experience coordinating multiple departments to resolve production delays, material shortages, and operational challenges
• Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, manufacturing processes, and capacity planning
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to track operational KPIs
• Experience driving process improvements, improving production efficiency, and supporting operational planning

Preferred:

• 5+ years of manufacturing operations leadership experience
• Experience with Epicor ERP systems
• Background in Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives
• Experience supporting manufacturing budgets, labor planning, and operational cost management
• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field
