Due to continued growth, NurseCore is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our front office operations at our Santa Barbara location.
Reporting to the Area Director for California, the selected candidate will provide leadership, organizational expertise, and operational support to help manage and grow the branch.

Reporting to the Area Director for California, the selected candidate will provide leadership, organizational expertise, and operational support to help manage and grow the branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and support the client service staff.
- Assist with contracts and contract negotiations.
- Respond to client inquiries, concerns, and service issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure appropriate staffing and coverage for all clients.
- Organize and manage recruitment events and hiring initiatives.
- Support customer service and client satisfaction activities.
- Monitor and manage daily operational reporting.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented individual with exceptional organizational and time-management skills. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Compensation
Salary Range: starting at $75,000
Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, skills, and other job-related factors. The posted salary range represents the good-faith salary range NurseCore reasonably expects to pay for this position.
