Operations Manager, Hospitality & Facility Services (Up to 6K) #HZO
Salary: Up to $6,000
Location: Queenstown
Work hours: Monday – Friday, office hours
Job Scope:
• Manage hospitality service portfolios including housekeeping, waste management, pest control, landscaping, linen and laundry, and portering
• Monitor vendor performance against contractual KPIs and service standards
• Ensure regulatory, audit, workplace safety and organisational compliance
• Review service quality and implement operational improvements
• Manage contracts, performance reports and audit documentation
• Support budgeting, procurement and cost management
• Partner stakeholders and vendors to resolve service gaps
• Lead service improvement projects and support team development
📝 Job Requirements:
• Min. Degree in hospitality/ horticulture or any relevant field
• Experience in contract, vendor or service management is required
• Healthcare, hospitality or facilities management experience preferred
• Certified practicing Horticulturist certification is advantageous
• Strong stakeholder management and project management skills
• Demonstrated leadership capability with an analytical and proactive approach
