This position serves as a connection between company leadership and the employees responsible for day to day services and customer operations. Ensures employees understand their responsibilities, that company procedures are followed, supplies and products are available and operational problems are identified and resolved promptly. Expected to protect the company's professional image and help create an environment where employees can perform their jobs effectively while customers receive a welcoming and consistent experience.
