1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring an Operations Manager In-Training to join our Cleveland team! This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear path to Operations Manager. We're looking for driven, outgoing individuals ready to lead a team and grow fast.
Location: Bedford Heights, OH
Pay: $23–$30/hr+ ($13 base + Profit Sharing + Tips) including:
-Overtime
Responsibilities:
- Lead and train a team of drivers and crew members
- Oversee daily junk removal operations
- Close sales with residential and commercial customers on-site
- Track performance metrics and improve service quality
- Manage equipment, inventory, and compliance
- Work in the field alongside your team as needed
Requirements:
- 1+ years in management, logistics, sales, or dispatch
- 21+ years of age with a valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

Schedule:
- 8–12 hour shifts
- 1 weekend shift and 3-4 weekday shifts expectations
