Operations Manager- Injection Molding

We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Household & Industrial operations across our Braeside and Baroda manufacturing sites, with full accountability for safety, people, operational performance and continuous improvement.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will:
- Lead safety, operational performance and site culture across two manufacturing facilities.
- Drive plant reliability, productivity, quality, cost and delivery performance.
- Lead and develop a team of operational leaders and manufacturing teams.
- Deliver operational and commercial outcomes through strong leadership and disciplined execution.
- Champion Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence initiatives.
- Optimise production planning, inventory, labour utilisation and asset performance.
- Lead capital projects, transformation initiatives and business improvement programs.
- Partner closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Sales and Technical teams to achieve business objectives.
About You
We're looking for a proven manufacturing leader who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational leadership.
You'll bring:
- Senior manufacturing or operations leadership experience within industrial, plastics, injection moulding or heavy manufacturing environments.
- Experience leading multi-site operations with accountability for performance, people and commercial outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of injection moulding operations, asset reliability and manufacturing best practice.
- Demonstrated success driving safety, operational excellence and continuous improvement programs.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing cost, inventory, productivity and operational performance.
- A collaborative leadership style with the ability to build high-performing teams and lead change.
Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations or a related discipline are highly regarded.
