Operations Manager – Market Entry, Post-Incorporation & Compliance (ID 1429 A)

• Coordinate with BD once sales are completed for client on-boarding for services
  
• Manage end-to-end company formation across:
  
• UAE Mainland, Free Zones, and Offshore jurisdictions
  
• Advise clients on jurisdiction selection, licensing, and ownership structures.
  
• Coordinate drafting and execution of:
  
• MOA, shareholder agreements, and constitutional documents (with legal advisors).
  

· Own complete post-incorporation lifecycle management, including:

o Trade license renewals and amendments

o Visa management (investor, employment, dependent)

o ESR, UBO, AML filings and ongoing compliance tracking

· Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for ongoing corporate services clients.

· Proactively manage compliance calendars and statutory deadlines.

• Coordinate accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting with internal teams or external accounting partners.
  
• Oversee Corporate Tax (CT) and VAT compliance coordination, including:
  
• Registrations and deregistrations
  
• Periodic filings and returns
  
• Audit coordination and clarifications
  
• Work closely with CT, VAT, and Accounting SMEs to:
  
• Ensure timely data collection from clients
  
• Track filing deadlines and approvals
  
• Resolve operational and client-level queries
  
• Ensure clear role separation between technical sign-off (SMEs) and operational ownership (Operations Manager).

• Lead corporate bank account opening with UAE banks and fintech platforms.
  
• Support clients with:
  
• Office / flexi-desk arrangements
  
• Economic Substance and operational substance requirements
  
• Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel as required.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in UAE Market Entry and Post-Incorporation Compliance
  
• Working understanding of UAE Accounting, VAT, and Corporate Tax frameworks
  
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
  
• High execution discipline with process and deadline orientation
  

• Chartered Accountant from ICAI
  
• Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Business, Commerce, Law, Accounting, or related field
  
• 8–12 years of experience in:
  
• UAE Market Entry, Corporate Services, or Consulting
  
• Post-incorporation, accounting, and tax compliance coordination
  
• Prior experience managing multi-service client portfolios preferred
