Operations Manager

About the role

At MC Headhunting, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our client, a company belonging to the industrial manufacturing sector. The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, product quality, and customer satisfaction. They will work in close collaboration with the production, logistics, maintenance, and quality teams to optimize processes and achieve business objectives.

What you'll do

●Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and delivery deadlines.

●Manage and optimize human, material, and financial resources to improve operational efficiency.

●Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure consistency and quality across all operations.

●Collaborate with the management team to establish operational goals and objectives, and develop strategies to achieve them.

●Continuously evaluate operational performance and propose corrective measures when necessary.

●Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.

●Identify improvement opportunities and lead continuous improvement projects to increase efficiency and reduce operating costs.

●Supervise the preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and facilities to ensure proper functioning.

What we're looking for

●Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or another relevant field. A specialized Master's degree will be favorably valued.

●Demonstrated experience of at least 5 years in a similar position within a manufacturing or production environment.

●Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide multidisciplinary teams.

●Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Deep knowledge of operations management principles and production systems.

●Experience in implementing continuous improvement methodologies.

●Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

●Fluent Spanish and English.

●Result-oriented and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.

●Advanced knowledge of IT tools and business management software.
