Role Overview

The Operations Manager will be responsible for coordinating and improving the daily operations of Nouva Wears, including inventory, orders, fulfillment, suppliers, logistics, and internal processes. This person will work closely with the founder and other team members to make sure the business runs efficiently and customers receive their orders accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business and operational activities
• Manage inventory levels, stock movement, and product availability
• Coordinate order processing, packing, shipping, and fulfillment
• Communicate with manufacturers, suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners
