Operations Manager - Olympic Dam

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the General Manager – Mining, you will oversee a workforce of 350+ personnel across multiple scopes of work, with significant opportunity for continued growth as our South Australian operations expand.

This role is ideal for a results‑driven leader who thrives on building high‑performing teams, strengthening client relationships, and delivering operational excellence in a complex, fast‑paced environment.

What You’ll Lead

• Full operational oversight of the Olympic Dam and SMAD projects
• Leadership of a large, diverse workforce across multiple mining disciplines
• Delivery of safety, production, cost, and quality outcomes
• Development of frontline leaders and emerging talent
• Strong client engagement and relationship management
• Continuous improvement across systems, processes, and performance
