What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop service technicians, installers, and frontline leaders.

• Drive revenue, profitability, productivity, and operational performance.

• Monitor and improve KPIs, including average ticket, conversion rates, technician efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

• Conduct ride-alongs, performance reviews, team meetings, and ongoing training.

• Partner with dispatch to improve scheduling, technician utilization, and operational efficiency.

• Establish clear expectations, maintain accountability, and build a high-performing team culture.

• Recruit, train, and retain top talent while developing future leaders.

• Identify operational challenges and implement solutions that improve results.

• Ensure exceptional customer service, safety, and company standards.

What We're Looking For

• Proven management or operational leadership experience required.

• Experience managing KPIs, revenue goals, and team performance.

• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to lead field-based teams and drive measurable results.

• Residential HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services experience strongly preferred.

• ServiceTitan or similar field service software experience preferred.

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

• Ability to complete required pre-employment screening.
