Operations Manager (Polyclinic)

Job Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the polyclinic, ensuring smooth and efficient patient flow and service delivery.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures and workflow improvements.
• Monitor clinic performance, productivity, patient experience and key operational indicators.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, workplace safety and infection-control standards.
• Manage staffing requirements, rostering, manpower planning and resource allocation.
• Work closely with doctors, nurses, allied health professionals and administrative staff to resolve operational issues.
• Monitor and manage clinic expenses, supplies, equipment and operational budgets.
• Handle patient feedback and service recovery professionally and effectively.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce waiting times and enhance the overall patient experience.
• Support audits, quality improvement initiatives and accreditation requirements.
• Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers and relevant healthcare partners where required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Operations Management or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in healthcare operations
• Willing to commit to 5.5 days work week
• Proven experience in team leadership, staff management and operational planning.
• Strong understanding of clinic workflows, patient service and healthcare compliance.
