Are you a hands-on manufacturing leader who enjoys building strong teams, improving processes, and delivering results? We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations and help drive safety, quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet production schedules, quality standards, and customer delivery requirements.
- Lead, coach, and develop production supervisors, team leaders, and employees while promoting accountability and teamwork.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Planning, Maintenance, and Shipping to ensure efficient workflow.
- Monitor production performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce waste, and control costs.
- Promote a safe work environment and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable aerospace quality requirements.
- Address operational challenges, resolve production issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Communicate performance results, priorities, and improvement opportunities to senior management.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of manufacturing operations or leadership experience required, preferably in aerospace or a similar manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in operations management, Manufacturing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent education and relevant experience may be considered.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing production teams, workflows, and operational performance.
- Familiarity with manufacturing systems, production planning, and continuous improvement practices preferred.
