Operations Manager

You keep the business running and you make it run better. You own existing processes, projects, and reporting, and you build automations to take the manual load off the team. You are the person who keeps the trains on time. This role fits a reliable operator who owns outcomes within a defined area, and who can manage a small team executing the day-to-day where the role calls for it.

Key Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day operations and the key processes end to end.
• Lead projects and process improvements; build automations to remove manual work.
• Own metrics, reporting, and the operating cadence for your area.
• Manage a small team or direct reports who carry out reporting and operational tasks, where applicable.
• Coordinate across functions to get things shipped.

• You have 4+ years in operations, including process and project ownership.
• You have owned operational outcomes within an area, not just tasks.
• You are comfortable managing a small team or direct reports.
• You build automations and use AI to scale yourself.
• Your English is excellent in speech and writing.
