We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager with expertise in the CBI/RBI and Real Estate sectors. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, enhance efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement to support organizational goals and business growth.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize daily operational
processes and workflows
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs)
and ensure targets are consistently achieved
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to
ensure smooth and efficient execution
- Identify operational gaps and implement
effective improvement initiatives
- Manage budgets, control costs, and
allocate resources efficiently
- Ensure compliance with company policies,
procedures, and industry regulations
- Lead, mentor, and develop operational
teams to maximize performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business
Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- 5–8 years of proven experience in
operations management or a similar leadership role- CBI/RBI and Real Estate sector is preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and
problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience in process
improvement and performance management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and
team management abilities
