Operations Manager

Full-time, permanent position

Salary: £37,500 - £40,000 per annum

Location: Wellingborough

We are recruiting for an Operations Manager to join our team, based in Wellingborough.

An established Charity, we are passionate about supporting individuals affected by homelessness, poverty and social exclusion.

Working closely with our Chief Executive, this role will oversee the day to day running of our services, provide support to staff and volunteers and contribute to the ongoing development of our charity.

This role will require strong organisational and people management skills, a practical approach and importantly, a commitment to our values:
