Global Rainbowbird Partners' client, a growing restaurant and bar, is seeking a smart, energetic Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, engage customers, and drive sales.
Requirements
- OND with 2–5 years' experience
- Strong business acumen and proven ability to drive sales
- Excellent customer engagement and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use social media platforms for business promotion
- Good and polite spoken and written English
- Ability to keep accurate records of daily business activities
- Smart, proactive, and capable of supervising staff and managing operations
