About the Role
Roxbury Leisure Homes, a real estate company focused on constructing affordable housing in Lagos, is seeking a proactive, organised, and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, coordinate teams, and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the company's day-to-day operations.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Supervise staff, delegate tasks, and monitor performance.
- Ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor operational expenses and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage teams, and work with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant business tools.
