- Oversee and manage the company’s day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient business activities.
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational strategies, procedures, and SOPs to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams including procurement, project, administration, inventory, and support functions.
- Monitor project execution, operational performance, manpower requirements, and resource allocation.

- Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce operational costs and improve service quality.
