We are looking for a hands-on operational leader who will oversee the daily activities of our office, supervise staff performance, and ensure smooth workflows across departments.

Responsibilities include coordinating employees, managing schedules, monitoring productivity, training and mentoring team members, enforcing company policies, maintaining workplace discipline, and resolving day-to-day operational issues.

The main objective is to ensure that our office, employees, and daily business operations run efficiently while executive management operates from overseas.
