Operations Manager- The Peak (Department Head)

We are looking for a strong Operations Manager-The Peak who will oversee dual Food and beverage outlets within F&B Beverage Division. You will assist the Director of Food & Beverage in planning and directing the functions of administration and planning of the outlets to meet the daily needs of operation, managing Outlet Managers to successfully lead the multiple outlets. You will ensure that marketing calendar, financials, manning and product offering are correct.

In this role, you will function as the Business Manager and a Marketing Specialist for the Outlets, to manage the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit centre, in line with the division’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the division.
