- Establish and maintain Station Operation SOPs.
- Coordinate landing permits, airport slots and cargo handling arrangements.
- Supervise and monitor flight operations.
- Coordinate loading plans, ULD and Load Control matters.
- Liaise with ground handlers, cargo terminals, airport authorities and HQ.
- Handle delays, AOG, schedule changes and other operational issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Station Manager or management.
