Operations Manager (ID6131)
Salary range: $4,500 -$6,000
working hours: 0845am to 0615pm
Location: Kranji

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and coordinate construction projects, manpower, materials, equipment and schedules.
• Manage logistics, material deliveries, transportation and inventory across project sites.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, production and site teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor manpower deployment, productivity, inventory levels, project progress and operational costs.
• Identify delays, bottlenecks, wastage and resource issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Improve operational processes, workflows and SOPs to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Monitor KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives.
